Santiago uses every possible tool to get his listings sold.  He will not stop working his hardest until this is achieved.  Santiago always implements a well balanced marketing plan for each of his listings.


 

Communication:  Santiago communicates directly with his clients on a regular basis via telephone, email, and in-person meetings.

Home Preparation Advice:  Santiago will give his clients advice on how to best prepare their home to be put on the market.

Internet Marketing:  In addition to Santiago’s listings appearing on the MLS, Santiago creates custom websites for his listings.  He also takes full advantage of online marketing by utilizing social media outlets and email blasts to his entire network.

Market Assessment:  Santiago will review all comparable properties and report findings to his clients in order to determine the best list price for his client’s property.  Review of active comparable properties will continually take place while his client’s property is on the market.

Marketing Materials:  Santiago creates high quality booklets and/or flyers for every listing.  Ask to see a sample!

Networking:  Santiago has a vast network of individuals which he utilizes to market his listings.  Santiago does his hardest to make sure everyone he knows is familiar with every one of his listings.

Open Houses:  Santiago hosts open houses for all of his listings.

Photography & Virtual Tours:  Santiago hires professional photographers to take high definition photos for every listing.

Print Advertising:  Santiago places advertisements of his listings in a variety of area newspapers.
